Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after full payment is received. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as they become available.
Multiple packages of the same order may arrive from different fulfillment centers, or at different times depending on the availability of the item.
If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representative. You can choose to wait for re-stocking or cancel your order.

About Import Tax
Most of our products are stocked in European warehouses. In this case, most of the customer's orders will be shipped from the corresponding warehouses, so customers from EU member states do not need to pay any customs duty.
