This statement describes the product warranty provided by iKier and contains information about the service and support available to the original purchaser.
Description
In this statement,
"iKier" means de.ikier.com;
"Product" refers to iKier products, including the iKier K-Series and related separately sold accessories;
"Buyer" refers to the original consumer who purchased the product;
Warranty period
The warranty period for iKier begins on the date of original purchase by the first purchaser. To inquire about the warranty period of a purchased product, please upload your proof of purchase and contact support@ikier.com .
A) iKier K-Series, Atomstack Engravers and related separately sold accessories are covered by the buyer's one-year international warranty from the date of original purchase.
Please note the following explanations regarding the different warranty conditions:
1) A one-year international limited warranty means that iKier will provide the following warranty services free of charge:
a) The cost of international spare parts and courier fees for the first year from the date of purchase.
Warranty scope
The warranty services described in this statement from iKier apply only to products purchased by the buyer on de.ikier.com . The warranty is valid from the buyer's original purchase date.
If this product is used according to the instructions in the "User Manual" during the applicable warranty period, defects in materials or workmanship will generally not occur.
If the buyer does not use this product according to the instructions in the user manual during the warranty period, iKier will use new or repaired parts to repair the product, depending on the situation.
Warranty service
iKier only offers warranty service for "received accessories." For warranty service, please provide proof of purchase to support@ikier.com .
Parts removed from the product during warranty service remain the property of iKier, and parts replaced during warranty repair will continue to be used for the remaining warranty period of the product in use.
If the product is tested in accordance with the original product specifications and the operating system functions normally again, the product should be considered repaired.
The processing time for the service depends on the country and the product purchased.
