Online return policy

The return procedure varies depending on the order status.

Consumers can cancel their order before the shipping time and within the period specified on the website.
Please follow the instructions below to return your order.

  • We will try to cancel your order and issue you a refund.
  • Please do not open a PayPal case, as this will prolong the refund process.

    • Please do not open the package.
    • We will send you the return address; please return the package to us undamaged.
    • The product must meet the return conditions listed below. You will be required to pay a service fee and shipping costs.

      Return policy

      Once an order has been delivered, returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
      You must present the original receipt and pay the service and shipping costs to receive a refund.

      • 4.4% of the total order value. (PayPal transaction fee)
      • 5% of the total order value. (Labor commission and service fee)

        *A notice :

        • If your order was shipped from our warehouse in China and you wish to return it, please contact us before sending it back. Please note that return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
        • The percentage will be calculated based on the total price of the order.
        • Refunds for products shipped from overseas warehouses must wait until staff receive the package.
        • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs.
          If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

        The return warehouse address is not the same as the shipping warehouse address. If you are returning a package, please contact us first and we will provide you with the return address.
        Please do not return the package to the original shipping warehouse yourself! If the goods are not returned to the address we provided, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

          How long does it take?

          • To ensure your return can be processed quickly, please attach the logistics data sheet, the handwritten signed receipt, the order number and the sender's name to your email.
          • If you are returning the item yourself, please contact customer service in advance and provide a tracking number so that we can track the progress of the shipment.
          • Once we have received the returned product, it usually takes 3-5 working days to process the refund.
          • We will check the condition of the product and send you a confirmation email once the refund has been approved. The bank will then process the rest of the refund.
          • If you have not received a refund long after receiving the confirmation email, please contact your bank.
          • If you need to cancel your order, please try to contact us to cancel before it is shipped.

            • Only approved return requests will be accepted.
            • iKier reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse items that do not meet the requirements set out in the return and refund policy.
            • iKier only accepts returns to the address you provided in your return confirmation email.
