About Import Tax
Most of our products are stocked in European warehouses. In this case, most customer orders are shipped from the respective warehouses, so customers from EU member states do not have to pay customs duties. Orders from other countries are shipped from the warehouse in Shenzhen, China, and most orders will incur customs duties, which must be borne by the customers themselves.
However, should the products not be in stock in the EU country warehouses, we will also ship them from Shenzhen, China. In this case, customers from EU countries will have to bear the customs duties themselves.
