The license key for the LightBurn software is intended for users with G-code and many other digital controllers. It unlocks the trial version of the software for permanent use and allows installation on up to two PCs (Windows 32/64-bit, Mac OSX or Linux).
System languages: Czech, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, English, etc.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once, and the software works forever as long as you have your license key.
On how many computers can I use the software?
With this license, you can use the software on up to two computers simultaneously. You don't need to use the same operating system, and a license can easily be transferred if you get a new computer. If you'd like to use three computers, we'll gladly upgrade your license to accommodate this—simply email support@lightburnsoftware.com with your license key and request a third seat. If you need more seats or would like to set up a floating license, we can do that too—contact us for pricing and details.
Is the license expiring?
The license key has an expiration date – one year after initial activation. After it expires, it remains valid, but you will no longer receive updates. If you download a version of the software released after your license expires, it will no longer function, but any version released before the key expires will continue to work.
Please note that the two-computer limit does not mean you can only install the software twice – LightBurn's licensing system keeps track of which computers you have installed the key on. If you get a new computer and want to transfer the license to it, simply deactivate the old computer first. In LightBurn, go to Help > License Management and click the Deactivate button. This will remove the old computer from your license, and you can then install the license on the new computer. Should you ever experience a hard drive failure or sell a computer, we can remove the computer from the license for you, as long as we have your license key.

If you purchased your LightBurn license from another company, we'll need to assign your name & email to your license key. Email support@lightburnsoftware.com with your key, name, and email and we can do this for you.
Shipment
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of full payment. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as they are available.
Multiple packages from the same order may arrive from different fulfillment centers or at different times, depending on the availability of the item.
If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will contact you. You can then choose to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order.
About shipping
Our goal is to ensure that the items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
All products sold on de.ikier.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 7 days. If you have not received your products after this time, you are entitled to a full refund after a postal inspection.
Regarding import tax
Most of our products are in stock in European warehouses. In this case, most customer orders are shipped from these warehouses, so customers from EU member states do not have to pay customs fees. Orders from other countries are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, and most of these orders are subject to customs fees, which must be paid by the customer.
However, should the products not be in stock in the warehouses of EU countries, we will ship them from Shenzhen, China. In this case, customers from EU countries will be responsible for paying any customs duties.
Don't worry, we will contact customers in advance if they have to pay customs fees.

Processing time = the time between your order and the time of shipment.
Shipping time = the time between dispatch and delivery of your order to you.
b. Processing time
In this section, we ask for 24-48 hours for quality control and to arrange suitable shipping. Once the package has been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping information.
