Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving full payment. Tracking numbers will be updated as they become available.
Multiple packages from the same order may arrive from different fulfillment centers or at different times, depending on item availability.
If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will contact you. You will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order.
About Shipping

About Import Tax
Most of our products are stocked in European warehouses. In this case, most customer orders are shipped from the corresponding warehouses, so customers from EU member states do not have to pay customs duties. Orders from other countries are shipped from the warehouse in Shenzhen, China, and most orders are subject to customs duties, which must be borne by the customers themselves.
